2020年初，見域工作室接受北埔鄉公所委託，針對在地傳統的米食、釀造物進行一系列的調查和介紹。除了商品本身之外，我們也走訪了許多北埔的店家、深入了解客家文化與在地飲食之間千絲萬縷的關係。這些成果都能在《豐收北埔》的小冊子中看見，希望大家喜歡。
At the beginning of 2020, the Citilens Studio, which had been known as the Kendama Studio, was commissioned by Beipu Township Office to conduct a series of investigations and introductions on local traditional rice and brewed products. In addition to the products themselves, we also visited many traditional stores in Beipu to learn more about the complicated relationship between Hakka culture and local food. These results can be seen in the brochure called "Harvest Beipu", and I hope you enjoy it.
